To ensure your pets are housed in peaceful surroundings, we have designated hours of trading both at Pawtails and with our associated veterinary clinics.

Pickup and delivery is available Monday to Friday only by arrangement. Bookings are to be made only through the office during daytime hours. There is no shuttle servicie on Saturdays or Sundays, however the kennels are open for clients wishing to leave or collect animals during weekends. Saturday hours 9am to 4pm and Sunday 2-5pm only.

For pets requiring transportation from selected veterinary clinics or your home , please note that no pet will be picked up from or delivered to vacant premises.
