Hello!

Hello! We are the humans behind Pawtails Rural Retreat. We are all dedicated to giving the best care to your fur-babies so you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

It all started at the end of 2016 when Sian, our owner, took over the long standing family business. She has always had an interest in animals from a young age and has turned that passion into a career by obtaining:

• Cert 2 & 3 in Animals Studies

• Cert 4 in Companion Animal Services

• Companion Animals in the Media

Since then she has made several improvements to Pawtails such as upgrading 11 spacious dog kennels, fencing two new outdoor areas so your dogs can get the exercise and socialisation they need and implementing new health and safety routines so you have the peace of mind that your pets are kept safe.
